Altaria is a Dragon-Flying Pokemon, or a Humming Pokemon. Altaria can be 3 feet 7 inches and weighs 45.4 lb. You can find it in the Hoenn region. Being a soprano singer, Altaria looks like a fluffy cloud with a head like a goose.
